Ingredients

Toppings (optional): shaved Parmesan cheese 

Preparation
  1. Place seasoning, broth, rice, and butter in Round or Multipurpose Steamer; stir to combine. Cover; microwave on high 8 min.  
  2. Remove from microwave; stir in prawns. Cover; microwave on high for 8 min. 
  3. Remove from microwave; stir in peas. Cover; microwave on high 6 min. 
  4. Fold in sour cream. Top with Parmesan, if desired. Serve warm; risotto will continue to thicken as it cools. 
Tips

Enjoy risotto hot and fresh—the rice will continue to absorb liquid as it cools so it’s best to serve it immediately.
